Met dit warme weer is alles te veel gedoe. Dat vind ik tenminste. Gelukkig heb ik een manier gevonden om met zo min mogelijk werk een zo fancy mogelijke lunch te fabriceren. Fancy tosti’s!
Ik dacht aan de broodjes die je vaak op het menu van een fijne lunchzaak ziet staan.
Deze luxe broodjes heb ik omgetoverd tot tosti’s:
Veel valt er verder niet uit te leggen, dat is het mooie eraan. Gewoon op je boterham mikken, een heeeeel klein beetje boter op de buitenkant en grillen maar.
Wat rucola erbovenop, een lekker glas limonade erbij (in dat leuke nieuwe glas van Ikea)
en bon appetit!

Die geitenkaas en pesto tosti’s lijken me heerlijk, leuk idee om er pijnboompitten op te doen. Als ik een luxe tosti maak doe ik er kaas, salami, beetje kruidenboter en paprika op, jum!
