Ik ben gek op smoothies, ze zijn zo’n fijn begin van de dag! En als je boven een groenteboer woont zoals wij, is het ook wel erg makkelijk om aan fruit te komen (toen we van de zomer de kozijnen aan het schilderen waren, gooide de groenteboer zelfs trossen bananen naar binnen).
WAT HEB JE NODIG:
– Een blender
– 1/2 pakje kokosmelk (ongeveer 100 ml)
– 1/2 banaan
– 1/3 ananas of een klein blikje ananas.
Snijd in kleine stukjes en doe de avond van tevoren in de vriezer.
– snufje zout
– eventueel honing (maar eigenlijk is het al zoet genoeg)
Hier maak je twee hele grote of vier kleine smoothies van.
Doe eerst de kokosmelk, de banaan en een snufje zout in de blender en blend.
Nu heb je een basis om je ananas bij te doen. Als je alles in een keer in de blender doet loopt hij waarschijnlijk vast op de bevroren stukjes ananas.
Zet de blender weer aan en doe een voor een de stukjes ananas erbij. Voeg (eventueel) honing toe. Ik vond het zoet genoeg, maar smaken verschillen! Als het goed is ziet het er nu zo uit! Supersimpel en superlekker!
Slurpen maar!
Er zijn nog genoeg ingrediënten over om de volgende dag weer een lekkere smoothie te maken!
Ohh klinkt heerlijk! En het ziet er ook nog eens leuk uit met die rietjes :)
