Een recept is het eigenlijk niet te noemen, daar is het gewoon te basic voor. Ik kan het beter een hele goede tip noemen voor hele luie mensen (daaronder reken ik mezelf). Maar wat is er eigenlijk mis met een hele lekkere lunch van maar tien minuten werk? Niks toch?
Ons hoofdingrediënt is het pitabroodje. Doe je pitabroodjes heel kort in de broodrooster. Dan snijden ze veel makkelijker open. En dat is waar we vandaag voor gaan, makkelijk.
Snijd de pitabroodjes doormidden zodat je vier pizzaboda hebt (dat lees je goed, volgens mijn lieve papa is het meervoud van bodem; boda, en afstandsbediening; afstandsbediena, maar dat is weer een heel ander verhaal) (we zijn ons er overigens allemaal van bewust dat dat grammaticaal incorrect is, maar dat kan ons niet zoveel schelen).
En vervolgens je favoriete topping. Omdat we deze week rode pasta met balletjes eten had ik dit allemaal in huis: gezeefde tomaten, verse thijm en geraspte kaas. I love verse kruiden, ze maken alles tien keer zo lekker. Maar in het kader van makkelijk kunnen gedroogde kruiden natuurlijk ook.
5-7 minuutjes op 200 graden et voila!
Ik heb hier gistermiddag heerlijk van gesmuld en doe dat vanmiddag gewoon lekker weer!

Ik kan mijzelf daarintegen ook erg lui noemen, maar ik vind het ook belangrijk om goed te eten, dus ik push mij wel altijd om goede dingen te koken, dit ziet er erg lekker uit yummy!

Goed idee! Ik ben al net zo lui, dus ik hou van deze makkelijke dingetjes. Ik maakte ze altijd met wraps, maar zo’n pita lijkt me toch iets lekkerder, meer brooddeeg-achtig. Lekker voor de lunch, maar soms doe ik het ook als avondeten, wel met een salade erbij. Dat dan weer wel.
