Koekjes bakken is sowieso al leuk, maar vanaf vandaag wordt het nog net ietsjes leuker!
We ontvingen namelijk van koekstempel.nl onze eigen Team Confetti koekstempel! Ik kon natuurlijk niet wachten om deze uit te proberen en een lading confetti koekjes te bakken!
Bij koekstempel.nl kun je dus je eigen, gepersonaliseerde koekjes stempel bestellen.
Dit ontwerp wordt vervolgens uit een beukenhouten schijf gefreesd, wat er erg mooi uitziet.
Een stempel kost rond de 13,- euro en gaat levenslang mee (denk ik).
Zoek een recept voor koekjes, zie bijvoorbeeld hier.
Ik deel mijn recept niet, omdat ik de verhouding boten en suiker niet helemaal goed op elkaar had afgestemd, hierdoor was mijn deeg een beetje onhandelbaar.
Om het echte confetti koekjes te maken, gooide ik sprinkels door een deel van het deeg!
Rol je deeg uit tot het ongeveer 3 mm dik is en begin met stempelen.
Je moet de stempel er niet al te hard in drukken, want dan blijft het deeg achter in de vormt!
Stempel een eind weg, steek de koekjes uit en leg ze op een met bakpapier bedekte bakplaat.
Ik heb op sommige koekjes nog wat extra grote confetti gegooid, omdat het kon!
Bak de koekjes af en laat ze afkoelen. En ze zijn klaar om op te eten!
Ik vind de stempel echt helemaal geweldig, je maakt in een handomdraai echt je eigen koekjes!
Het enige puntje is dat je wel goed koekjesdeeg moet hebben, ieder deeg reageert weer verschillend wanneer je het afbakt. Hierdoor kan het zijn dat je stempelvorm op de koekjes een beetje verdwijnt. En dat wil je niet! Dit recept schijnt dus wel goed deeg te geven.
