Een tijdje terug vroeg ik op instagram om tips voor de meest comfortabele bh op aarde (en eentje die ook nog een beetje verantwoord gemaakt is alsjeblieft). Het regende tips. Maar het regende vooral vragen of ik ALSJEBLIEFT mijn ervaringen wilde delen. Een simpele zoektocht veranderde in een misse. Een missie om ’s werelds meest comfortabele bh te vinden voor ons allemaal.
Dit was mijn wensenlijstje :
* Geen beugel.
* Organic cotton of fairtrade.
* Mega comfortabel.
* Met rugsluiting.
* Onzichtbaar onder een t-shirt.
Heb ik een bh gevonden die aan álle eisen voldoet? Nee. Dat was blijkbaar wat ambitieus. Maar het setje wat ik nu in huis hebt voldoet er samen wél aan. En ik ben er heel erg blij mee. Hieronder de bh’s die mijn bh-lade nu sieren (en die in de plaats zijn gekomen van de uitgerekte voedingsbh’s die er eerst lagen…)
Een paar kocht ik zelf en een paar zijn heel lief aan me gegeven door WatMooi.nl die net zo enthousiast zijn over comfortabele, verantwoord gemaakte bh’s als ik. Ik kreeg heel veel tips van jullie over bepaalde merken die zij verkopen en toen ik ze vroeg om mee te werken waren ze direct aan boord. #5. BH Ella Soft Zonder Beugel Black van People Tree
Op nummer 5 staat de bh van People Tree, very kindly sponsored door WatMooi. Vriendinnetje Sara zweert bij deze bh en daarom wilde ik hem zelf ook graag proberen.
Dit is hoe hij het deed bij de checklist:
Zonder beugel: Check! Geen beugel maar een elastieke band.
Organic cotton/Fairtrade: Dubbel check!
Mega comfortabel: Best. Ik vind hem wat strak zitten en had in plaats van S beter een M kunnen hebben aangezien support basically niet nodig is bij mij. Ook zijn de schouderbandjes wat dun (maar wel verstelbaar!).
Met rugsluiting: Nee. Hij moet over je hoofd en dat is minder fijn aantrekken. Ook kun je daardoor niet de band onder je borsten zelf instellen.
Onzichtbaar onder een t-shirt: Medium. Er zit geen padding in maar wel een dubbele laag stof wat het een klein beetje discreter maakt.
Prijs en kleuren: De bh kost €29,95 en is verkrijgbaar in de kleuren zwart, wit en beige.
Eindoordeel: Again: ik denk dat een maatje groter voor mij comfortabeler was geweest. Het gebrek aan rugsluiting zorgt ervoor dat je hem niet zo goed kunt aanpassen aan je lijf. Ook houd ik persoonlijk van een superbrede elastieke band onder mijn borsten en brede schouderbandjes zodat ze niet zo snijden. Beide dingen heeft ie niet. Ik vind hem dus prima maar het is niet mijn favoriet.
#4. Seamless Sportbralette H&M
Op nummer 4 staat de seamless sportbralette van h&m. H&M heeft (net als Hunkemoller) opeens een enorm aanbod in beugelloze bh’s en dat is super. Ik heb bijna de hele winkel aan gehad en toch was er maar eentje die door mijn strenge eisen kwam en dat was een sport bh.
Dit is hoe hij het deed bij de checklist:
Zonder beugel: Check! Geen beugel maar een HELE brede elastieke band. Hoe breder hoe beter vind ik, want nul kans op snijden onder je tietjes of in je back fat. De sok factor is AAN bij deze.
Organic cotton/Fairtrade: Ik zou zweren dat deze bh uit de H&M Conscious collection kwam, maar op de website kan ik het nergens terugvinden. Die collectie is niet perfect maar als je in de winkel wil passen en niet een enorm budget hebt dan is het beter dan niks.
Mega comfortabel: Ja. Ik moest een beetje wennen aan dat de bandjes tussen je schouderbladen zitten maar hij knelt nérgens.
Met rugsluiting: Nee. Hij moet over je hoofd en omdat het meer een soort stevige top is, is dat wel echt even proppen. En uitdoen is ook even wrikken. Daar krijgt hij wel echt minpunten voor.
Onzichtbaar onder een t-shirt: Er zit padding in de bh die je eruit kan halen en zonder de padding zie je ook zo goed als niks omdat de stof zo stevig is. Je moet alleen geen laag uitgesneden t-shirt hebben want dan zie je kilometers stof erbovenuit komen.
Prijs en kleuren: De bh kost €17,99 en is verkrijgbaar in de kleuren zwart, lichtbruin, olijfgroen en lichtroze.
Eindoordeel: De bh is erg onhandig voor onder iets anders dan een trui met een goed aansluitende kraag maar voor de herfst/winter is hij nu perfect en hij is qua comfort een dikke winner. Fashion wise dus vrij onpraktisch maar als je net als ik woont in warme truien in de herfst/winter dan is hij perfect. En als je het opeens veel te warm hebt (zoals ik, wind tegen op de fiets, pfff) dan kun je gewoon je trui uittrekken en rock je hem als een nineties croptop.
#3. Lite Tencel Soft Touch van Organic Basics
Op nummer 3 staat de Lite Tencel Soft Touch van Organic Basics. Organic Basics was een merk wat ik héél veel getipt kreeg. Ik wist dat ik dit merk graag wilde uitproberen en dankzij WatMooi.nl kon ik er twee modellen uitproberen (in twee maten).
Dit is hoe hij het deed bij de checklist:
Zonder beugel: Check! Geen beugel maar een brede elastieke band onder de buste.
Organic cotton/Fairtrade: Dubbel check!
Mega comfortabel: Ja, ontzettend. Deze bh is op papier een maat te groot (M) en daardoor is hij extra comfortabel haha. Omdat ik geen support nodig heb, kom ik ermee weg want de elastieken band doet niet zo heel veel. Maar omdat ik de band op het strakste gaatje kan zetten, past hij prima.
Met rugsluiting: Ja! Met twee haakjes.
Onzichtbaar onder een t-shirt: Mwah. Dit is het enige nadelige puntje. Er zit geen padding in de bh, wel een dubbele laag stof. Er zit een naadje in de cup genaaid voor een goede pasvorm maar daardoor prikt er een duidelijk puntje door je t-shirt heen. Niet mega discreet. Maar misschien moeten wij vrouwen ook een beetje over onze tepel-schaamte heen komen…?
Prijs en kleuren: De bh kost €55,- en is verkrijgbaar in de kleuren black, cloudy blue en dusty rose.
Eindoordeel: We zitten in de top drie en daar ligt het super dichtbij elkaar. Eigenlijk zijn het allemaal toppers, het is maar net wat je zoekt en wat je mooi vindt. Het fijne aan deze bh is het kleine open driehoekje tussen de borsten in. Die zorgt voorrrr ventilatie. Want alhoewel ik een member ben van de itty bitty titty commitee betekent niet dat ik geen last heb van zwetende borsten. Helemaal als ze stevig ingepakt zitten samen.
#2. Triangle Bra van Organic Basics
Op nummer 2 staat de triangle bra van Organic Basics. De tweede dus van Organic Basics en óók heel lief gekregen van WatMooi. Deze had ik in de goede maat (S) maar doordat alles rekbaar en verstelbaar is, kan ik beide dragen zonder problemen.
Dit is hoe hij het deed bij de checklist:
Zonder beugel: Check! Geen beugel maar een hele zachte brede band onder de buste.
Organic cotton/Fairtrade: Dubbel check!
Mega comfortabel: Ja, ontzettend. De stof is heel zacht, er zitten nergens dikke naden die in je huid prikken (veel beugelloze bh’s hebben dat wel). Doordat je de schouderbandjes en buste band zelf kunt aanpassen zit het nergens te strak. De bandjes zijn breed genoeg om niet te snijden.
Met rugsluiting: Ja! En wat voor eentje. Met drie haakjes dus extra stevig en breed.
Onzichtbaar onder een t-shirt: Mwah. Hetzelfde verhaal als de andere bh van Organic Basics. Niet super duper discreet maar door de dubbele stof is hij op zich prima. Again: ik moet mijn schaamte voor zichtbare tepels een beetje laten gaan denk ik.
Prijs en kleuren: De bh kost €55,- en is verkrijgbaar in de kleuren rose nude en black.
Eindoordeel: De bh is ontzettend comfortabel en mooi laag uitgesneden zodat hij onder blouses en laag uitgesneden tops/jurkjes kan zonder erbovenuit te piepen. Maar het is niet zo dat je bang hoeft te zijn dat je meisjes er zomaar uitvallen want de bedekking is prima. Het belangrijkste is dat ik wel echt een bh draag maar hem niet voel.
#1. Cut Out Bra Wide Strap van Nude Label.
Officieel de winnaar maar eigenlijk staat de top 3 allemaal op nummer 1. Ze zijn nagenoeg even comfortabel en verstelbaar en verantwoord geproduceerd. De reden dat de cut out bra van nude label mijn favoriet is, is omdat ik yes to the bra zei toen ik hem aantrok. Hij komt uit Spanje en is er in veel verschillende kleuren én met de optie voor een dunne en brede band. Raad eens welke ik heb…?

Mega comfortabel: Ja, heel erg. De extra brede bandjes en verstelbare buste band maken dat je hem helemaal perfect af kunt stellen. Hij is heel erg zacht en heeft dat ventilatie gaatje voor je borstjes. Hij is overigens ook verkrijgbaar met dunne bandjes MAAR WAAROM ZOU JE DAT DOEN?
Met rugsluiting: Ja! Niet met haakjes aar met een grappig plasic schuifje waar je even aan moet wennen maar wat nooit kriebelt of prikt.
Onzichtbaar onder een t-shirt: Nope. Deze bh heeft maar één laagje stof maar het naadje in de cup is wat minder goed zichtbaar dus die zie je niet echt door je t-shirt heen. Het voordeel van geen padding is dat je meisjes veel beter kunnen ademen maar ja, niet mega discreet.
Prijs en kleuren: De bh kost €45,- en is verkrijgbaar in 10 verschillende kleuren (ik heb midnight blue).
Eindoordeel: Als je net als ik niet veel support nodig hebt maar wel graag iets aan wil om ze een beetje bij elkaar te houden en wat je níét wil voelen dan is deze bh voor jou. Op de website staan alle soorten en maten vrouwen op de foto in deze bh en het ziet eruit alsof vrouwen met een wat grotere boezem niet echt overeind worden gehouden. Dus wil je de boel goed overeind houden dan is Organics Basics misschien een betere keuze door de dubbele stoflaag en wat bredere buste band. Maar wat weet ik ervan, misschien wil je jouw borsten niet omhoog heisen maar gewoon op een zachte manier bij elkaar houden. Het is aan jou!
