In het nieuwe jaar heb ik al héél veel leuk pers nieuws van IKEA ontvangen en ik vond het hoog tijd om een paar van mijn favoriete nieuwe ontwerpen met jullie te delen. De meeste collecties en producten komen uit in februari (met een beetje geluk ligt het al gauw in de winkels). Komt ie!
PS 2017
De PS collecties zijn vaak mijn favoriete collecties van IKEA. De PS collectie wordt ontworpen door jonge ontwerpers met een frisse en moderne blik en daar komen de mooiste dingen uit. De ontwerpen dit jaar zijn vaak multi functioneel, kleurrijk en gewaagd. Mijn favorieten zijn de gele vloerlampen en de trolly.
NIEUWE OPBERGSYSTEMEN
Als je je huis organised wil hebben, dan moet je naar IKEA (maar eerst even declutteren hè mensen). In de keuken hebben wij een IKEA hack gemaakt van een OMAR stellingkast (check hier de DIY). Ik ga nog even bekijken of het nieuwe hangbakje ook handig zou kunnen zijn daarzo…
Het nieuwe EKET opruim systeem vind ik er op het eerste gezicht ook erg sexy uitzien. Vooral de oranje en zalmroze vakjes trekken me enorm. Hoe praktisch het écht is, weet ik niet zo goed, maar een waterpas lijkt me wel héél handig als je deze doosjes op gaat hangen.
Ohh, hier word ik heel enthousiast van! Wij hebben een enorme vakjeskast in onze woonkamer staan die niet echt optimaal benut wordt. Ook deze hebben we ge-IKEA-hacked (zie hier de DIY) maar de onderste vakjes zijn nog leeg. Van het goudkleurige postvakje ga ik lichtelijk kwijlen en ook de grijze inserts met vakjes vind ik erg tof.
FJÄLLBO SERIE
Van alle nieuwe producten die bij de vaste collectie komen, vond ik de Fjallbo reeks het mooist. Ik ben nooit zo’n fan van zwart geweest, maar ik begin langzaam bij te draaien. De smalle frames van de stapelbare kasten en het bureautje zijn stoer maar ook licht en classy. Moderne art deco, ja ik vind het wel wat.
ZOMER COLLECTIE
Eigenlijk laat ik de beelden van deze collectie vooral zien om jullie een beetje een vakantie gevoel te geven. Het voelt alweer zolang koud en geïsoleerd in Nederland, volgens mij kunnen we allemaal wel een zonnige oppepper gebruiken! Ik vind de prints op de badhanddoeken prachtig, maar verder doet het me een beetje houtje touwtje aan allemaal. Heerlijk als je een vakantiehuisje hebt op Ibiza, maar hier in Nederland vind ik het wel fijn als het tuinmeubilair blijft staan na een dikke regenbui. Ik had liever slimme oplossingen gezien voor op een klein balkon (puur eigenbelang) maar again, het is wel lekker vrolijk om nu even naar te kijken.

Ik was al aan het bedenken of ik de kast een nieuwe plek ga geven in ons nieuwe huis straks, maar met deze nieuwe mogelijkheden is die keuze iets makkelijker! (Alleen nog even uitzoeken of die nieuwe elementen ook op de oude variant passen…)

De zomer collectie ziet er wel leuk uit, maar heeft voor mijn gevoel niet echt een speciaal iets, waardoor het er niet uit ziet als ikea maar als spullen die in ieder andere woonwinkel te vinden zijn
